I live/invest in Calgary,Canada. There are deals here from time to time in the lower fringe of the market as the first time buyers are very active.

I would like to perhaps come to Florida for the winter and flip a few houses. Or buy and hold if I can get the long term financing after the rehab is complete. Are there any opportunities to rehab and re sell in the current market? What price range is liquid and whos driving that market if any? I would really appreciate any advice and ideally link up with local experts to work with.
