Property & Casualty Customer Service Specialist

We have been retained by our client to assist them in finding a seasoned Property and Casualty Customer Service Specialist for a position in their Lee, MA office. Salary is $50,000/year, negotiable based on experience.

The Customer Service Specialist is a critical member of an experienced team of Insurance Professionals seeking to assist in the growth of the company.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing high level customer service and managing the accounts that are brought in by the Insurance Agents. The Customer Service Specialist also provides feedback to everyone involved with the individual accounts. The responsibilities also include preparing proposals and contracts, compiling marketing literature and providing overall support to the Insurance Agents.

This role is not sales-driven but rather is a crucial role that provides the essential customer service to clients in order to allow the Agents to be out in the field growing and expanding the business. The Customer Service Specialist may be responsible for participating in on-site meetings with the client to provide additional support as needed but overall will be

Qualifications:
* Property and Casualty license preferred
* Must have at least 5 years of Property and Casualty experience
* Must have Commercial Lines Insurance experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent ability to multi-task, work efficiently and be creative
* Ability to work independently
