Member Services & Provider Services Customer Service Representatives

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a client in Schenectady, NY. There are multiple positions available. Salary is $13.00/hour. Start date is November 16th and will last through the end of February. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM.

Responsibilities include:
* Answer inbound calls from members and providers and assist with their inquiries
* Document all calls and follow up when necessary

Qualifications:

* Previous Customer Service experience is required in an Inbound Call Center and/or Provider Billing setting
* Claims experience is preferred
* Must be familiar with medical terminology
* Excellent communication skills
