Mortgage Loan Processor

We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor for my client in Albany for a temporary position that is expected to last through the end of the year. The hourly rate for this role is $15-16/hour and the start date is immediate.

My client is seeking candidates with:
* Experience in processing FHA and Conventional Mortgage Loans
* Familiarity with the entire loan process
* Knowledge of secondary markets including other Mortgage Companies and Brokers
* Underwriting Experience

They are seeking a team player who is organized, has strong multi-tasking skills and is an overall hard worker. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience who would like their foot in the door in a stable organization with a great reputation in the area!
