Zilla is another tragic result of the city of Little Falls Housing policy of "no pets allowed." Her owner was heartbroken and had little choice but to move into the Housing Authority apartment. HALO took the young cat in. Zilla is only about 7 months old and she is a very sweet and friendly little cat. She just wants to have a home again where she can play and be loved. Zilla is in a HALO foster home.
