Temporary Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for a client in Colonie, NY. This position is expected to last through mid-April 2010. Salary is $11-13/hour, based on experience.
In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
* Writing letters and general correspondence
* Scanning documents
* Collating tax returns
* Answer a multi-line phone and assist callers
Qualifications:
* Previous administrative experience in a professional setting
* Experience working for a CPA firm or Law Firm preferred but not required
* Must be deadline-driven, work well in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Word and Excel
* Must be reliable, punctual and have a professional and friendly demeanor
