Reception Coordinator


We are currently looking for a temporary Reception Coordinator for one of our clients to fill a 4-5 month position. The hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with a one-hour lunch. Hourly rate is $10-12/hour, based on experience.

This is a great temporary position within a fast-paced environment with a lot of responsibility. There are 2 Reception Coordinators in the company so there is always assistance!

Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system
* Provide administrative support to departmental management as requested. This may include preparing correspondence, memoranda, spreadsheets, database maintenance or other related projects
* Daily maintenance of corporate voicemail
* Arrange meetings and conference calls
* Daily logging of call center emails
* Logging, copying, and filing phone bills
* Logging customer inquiry letters from Call Center
* Print and log resumes from web mail and mail letters to candidates
Qualifications/Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 2 years of advanced education and training in customer service or secretarial skills and 2 years of administrative experience
* Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Good communication skills
* Friendly and outgoing demeanor
